Contact seller for specified solution (gets to know your downloaded apps first, and then help resolve it)
- Question 2: It doesn't hold a charge for long. Troubleshooting: Please check if there are too many apps running at the same time first, stop the unwanted running apps. Question 3: The screen frame is coming out... poor quality. Troubleshooting: Please put the tablet with soft objects and purchase a case to protect the tablet. If the tablet was dropped by accident, the screen frame would come out. Please take good care of the tablet.
- Question 4: Tablet works well but slot for micro SD card does not hold card in place and so is not usable for add storage. Troubleshooting: Please put it in the right way. And walmart pre black friday sale press just a bit more into where it is flush. It should be flush once inserted.

I also have to note that this is one of the first tablets I've been sent for review that had ZERO bloatware. I didn't get all sorts of extraneous stuff installed in advance. I had to install Google Earth (free and worked awesome) and Google Street View (free and worked awesome)
As a matter of fact, I was so pleased with it. When my mom saw it she said, "I'd like to have one of those so you dad and I don't have to share the ipad", so I bought another one for her for Mother's Day.
Now, for the service I received from Amazon ... it was top notch. The first tablet I purchased came with some glass I had also ordered. The glasses I ordered were shattered because the package had been treated rough on it's way here. I went ahead and opened the tablet and it looked perfect but all the abuse had caused the screen to be so dark your couldn't see it clearly, so I called Amazon. I had my money refunded and I ordered another table to replace the first ALL within 1 week. That's fast service Amazon and I appreciate it. First, do NOT expect this to be an iPad. Next, don't think that the Dragon Touch M10X is a piece of junk - it is a budget tablet with some high end features that used to be only available on $300-$400 tablets. This is a great value, and I can't see why people spend tons more on tablets that are, frankly, only slightly better (if that).
The M10X has two features that are perfect for my intended uses:
(1) USB thumb drive storage (I play 32GB of movies on a tiny external drive)
(2) Bluetooth (I use primarily for speakers and headphones)
My major tests are playing movies and music, and exploring the world with Google Earth and Google Maps (local street view). The video I've posted with this should give you an idea how everything works. In fact, consuming media on this standard Android (KitKat) tablet is probably what it does best.
Note that this does not have Gorilla Glass so you should maybe invest in a screen protector, and at least treat it nice. I have 3 and 4 year old cheap knockoff tablets I'm still using because I treat them well. This is NOT, by design, indestructible. That being said, it has a very solid feel. The wide bezel is nice for holding. The speakers are like ALL tablet speakers, a jcp black friday 2015 bit under powered, though I found them perfectly serviceable. My preferred use is with a Bluetooth speaker, a feature I tested and found pairing to work perfectly.

- I wanted a tablet to play on when I wasn't in the office and take with me on vacation. My parents have an ipad and I had given thought to purchasing the same but really didn't want to spend that type of money on something I didn't want to worry about losing. Also, I love tech and find I purchase things and then tire of them and don't use them. So to be safe I purchased this tablet. It had a good 5 MP camera in the front, fast enough processors and was running the same operating system as my Samsung phone and my phone is lightening fast... so ... I took the chance. It does everything I need it to do. The look is sleek, the processors are fast, multi-tasking on it is a breeze. Everything I needed was in the box and I was able to purchase a bluetooth keyboard and case for it ... ALL for less than $200.
